The Lodge
NEW at the Heart of Texas Lake Resort!
The Lodge is a new addition to our resort. It has a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool from inside The Lodge and outside on the twelve foot covered porch. It has a large living room with a double fully equipped kitchen, two handicap accessible bathrooms with showers, a large flat-screen TV with cable, DVD, a fireplace, AC/heat, two queen size futon/sofas, and BBQ grills/firepits. All linens are furnished except for swimming towels. The Lodge will sleep up to 24, and seat up to 75 people.
The Lodge has five separate motel style rooms equipped with full bath/shower (one handicap accessible).
The rooms each have a king sized bed and a full sized futon couch. A cable TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are provided.

A deposit of $425 will hold your reservation (Double deposit for groups booking 3 or more units, such as family reunions) This includes a cleaning/damage deposit of $225, plus a good-faith deposit of $200. The $425 deposit will be refunded after cleaning. In the event the reservation is cancelled, the good-faith deposit will be forfeited.
