Monthly rates are available from October through April.
Day Guests – Rooms -$10 each day; RV Park – $4 each day

Smoking Policy:

Smoking outdoors only.  If you or anyone with you chooses to smoke inside the units, your credit card will be charged one night base rate.  Please abide by the rules to help keep our resort nice for everyone.

Pet Policy:

We are sorry we are unable to accommodate pets in our lodge, condos, cabins or lake houses.  If a pet is allowed in the room, your credit card will be charged $25 plus damages and extra cleaning.  Guests staying at our RV park may have pets , but please clean up after them and keep them on a leash.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date — 60 days prior for a multi-family unit — 60 days for those booking 3 or more units (groups and family reunions).  A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.  All cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged for the full time booked.
